Chantal Lagresle-Peyrou is a project manager in the Biotherapy Clinical Investigation Center led by Marina Cavazzana, linked to the Human Lymphohematopoiesis laboratory at Imagine Institute, Paris. She has been working for 15 years on developing gene therapy strategies for several forms of SCID. She has expertise on xenotransplantation models such as NSG mice and she is responsible of all the xenotransplantation experiments performed for the gene therapy protocols developed in the laboratory. She is also working on the molecular characterisation of primary immunodeficiencies. Chantal Lagresle-Peyrou has been part of several European consortia for preclinical development of gene therapy for hereditary immune disorders.
